Once your design & build slot has been secured, one of our designers will be in touch to begin the design process. This includes:
A fully bespoke sideboard or vanity design
Collaborative design development and refinement
Consideration of proportions, layout and intended use
Selection of door styles, finishes and colour
Internal cabinetry configuration (drawers, shelving, compartments, etc.)
Optional detailing and lighting where applicable
We work closely with you throughout the design stage to ensure the final piece feels cohesive, considered and tailored to your home.
Once the design has been finalised and all options selected, a full sign-off package will be issued for approval.
Following sign-off:
The remaining project balance will be invoiced separately
Your piece will move into production
Delivery or installation will be scheduled
Design & build slot deposit: £400
Typical project values: from £1,500
This deposit secures your design time and build slot
Final pricing is confirmed following design development
Deposit is deducted from the final project balance
Projects can be supplied on a delivery-only basis or fully installed, depending on your requirements. This will be discussed during the design stage.
