Haven & Home Design was born from a love of beautiful interiors and the belief that furniture should feel as good to live with as it does to look at.
Over the past two decades, we’ve had the privilege of designing and creating bespoke cabinetry and furniture for a wide range of homes, from elegant townhouses in Kensington and family homes across Surrey, to coastal cottages in Aldeburgh and character filled Welsh farmhouses.
Each project, location, and client has shaped the way we design today; thoughtful, timeless pieces with warmth, balance, and longevity at their core.
The beginning
Haven & Home Design grew from years of designing bespoke spaces, and a fascination with the pieces that shape everyday living. Time and again, it was the smaller, more considered elements, a sideboard that brings order, a desk that makes working from home feel effortless, a cabinet that turns clutter into calm, that changed how people used their homes.
That’s what we became hooked on: furniture that looks beautiful, works hard, and earns its place in a room.
What shaped our work
Years of designing for real homes, paired with a continual exploration of the wider design world.
A clear direction
Working across many different homes taught us that good design isn’t about trends or statements, it’s about understanding how people really live. Over time, it became clear that the pieces making the biggest difference were often the smallest: furniture that brought order, supported daily routines, and created a sense of calm. in amongst the madness of every day life.
That realisation is what led to Haven & Home Design. After years of designing larger, bespoke spaces, our focus naturally shifted to furniture, the pieces that quietly shape daily life.
Haven & Home is where that focus lives today. It’s a working studio shaped by sketches, samples, and a hands on design process, often with Myra, the Haven & Home mascot, close by, where ideas are explored, materials are tested, and pieces are refined with care and intention.
Alongside this, our work is continually informed by daily conversations with clients. These ongoing discussions help us ensure every piece responds to real needs, how people store, move, work, and live within their homes, keeping our designs grounded, practical, and genuinely useful.
We also remain closely connected to the wider design world, visiting trade shows across the UK and internationally, exploring new materials, finishes, hardware, and colour combinations. This allows our work to feel current and informed, while always being filtered through a timeless lens.
The result is furniture shaped by real homes, real routines, and a considered balance between longevity and contemporary design, pieces that feel relevant today, and will continue to do so for years to come.

Now, Haven & Home Design continues to create thoughtfully designed furniture for homes that value both beauty and practicality. Our pieces are made to order, carefully considered in proportion, finish, and function, designed to sit naturally within a space, rather than dominate it.
As we continue our journey, we’re excited to add even more unique pieces to our collection and work with more of our wonderful clients on bespoke projects. Every piece will be designed with the same care, timelessness, and attention to detail, but we’re only just beginning. We’re eager to see where this next chapter takes us, and we can’t wait to continue creating pieces that stand the test of time.
